I have been going here for 10 years now for eyebrow and upper lip threading, plus henna every now and then. Each one of the lovely ladies that works here is accommodating, precise, and very skilled. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Even when I moved 4 hours away a few years back, I always returned to Frisco’s Heena Salon to get my eyebrows done because they’re the only ones I trust with my face!

Absolutely unprofessional employees!! Went there yesterday they made my eye brows so thin can’t even fix it with eye brow pencil!! The only reason I go there because of Heena she is very nice. But when she not there her employees act very unprofessional way!!

I had an issue with my eyebrows. They weren’t done correctly and I was really upset, I called the owner and she quickly told me to come back and let them fix it. I was very skeptical about going back, but I decided to give them another chance. I am so glad I did! They fixed my eyebrows and left them with the thickness I love!!! I highly recommend them!! They have amazing customer service!!

One of the most unprofessional places I’ve been. For one, they have zero awareness/care for time management. They are supposed to open at 10:00 on Fridays and it was 10:13 and customers had formed a long line outside waiting for them to open. Their waxing ladies talk loudly to each other in Spanish the entire time you are getting your service. Makes you feel self conscious as to if they’re talking about you. The owner has the audacity to always ask if you want to include a tip after your service. I feel this is a personal choice. Usually they are understaffed and the owner herself actually gave me a wax which she wasn’t good at like her employees. The only reason why this place is still open and they have customers is because they are cheaper than any other place. Definitely considering laser so I don’t have to deal with their incompetence.

Been a few times before in the last year didn’t have issues. Whoever did my brows felt like they barely threaded anything and looked pretty much the same and possibly more misshaped. Unnecessarily took off barely the inner brow I have to begin with as well. Do not recommend. Kinda over and done with this place.
