Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf you want an inexpensive service here’s the place. They charged $5 for threading not bad at all.. but there’s places that are cleaner with staff that acknowledge you when you walk in.The women on the left was EXTREMELY ROUGH. To the point where she cut me. She kept rubbing on my lashes (not sure why you’re touching my lashes when you’re doing my brows.) I started going here in 2019 and have tried to give this establishment multiple chances and have finally made the decision to completely end our relationship. Eyebrows are extremely important to me and I can’t stand both of them not matching. When I first started patronizing this business I had full, even, and long eyebrows that I had been working at for years with my old eyebrow threader out of state. The beginning of my problems was when I had one lady mess me up and thread them thin and short. Then another lady rounded them off when I like them square. Mind you, I’m one of those customers who will thoroughly communicate to you exactly what I want every single time before any service has began. Then another time they removed too much from one eyebrow and messed up the shape creating a gap in one of my eyebrows. So finally I was able to get one lady, who is no longer there, to understand how I like them done and remain consistent enough for me to keep coming even though I was scared. I was informed this particular person no longer works there but everyone else is good and decided I’d ease into getting them threaded again and just went in to get tinting done. I was talked into the threading and the thickness and shape I had been growing out for some months got ruined, again. Everyone does not see the same and I have ultimately concluded that if you have perfect brows already with a very clear and defined outline to be followed this place might work for you. However, if you have problem brows and need consistency and patience on your brows, consider looking for another business to truly take care of your needs.

This location is literally the WORST LOCATION and I have been to 3 of the locations so far just based on convenience. But this location’s customer service is absolutely horrible! I have personally witnessed one of their employees Sana get into screaming match with 3 clients at once over a clients simple wants that could easily be achieved. I was going out of town the next early morning so I unfortunately didn’t have an option but to stay since I was next. Following that incident over 3 months later I go in to give Sana a chance again because maybe she was just having a bad day and ultimately I liked how she did my brows. I go in and was told she is taking a thread and wax client and to come back in an hour. I walked around in Ross next door and came back in 45 minutes and waited another 30 minutes for them to tell me it was going to be another hour and a half because she now has an eyelash client after I have been waiting for forever! I end up getting upset that I came back when told to and she comes out of the back room pretty much yelling at me now! I end up leaving and gave it like another 4-5 months before trying to go back. Then today comes and I have an event tomorrow and I went in around 230 and Sana again tells me she has an eyelash client and to come back in an hour or to call. So, I call in about an hour and 15 minutes because lash appointments take longer than an hour typically and I’m told to call back again in another hour and a half because she took another lash client. And I won’t see anyone else because they have all cut me so far by being so rough and heavy handed! At this point I’ll NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! I’d rather pay double the amount than to deal with such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and Sana in particular is extremely unprofessional! Would not recommend if you enjoy even decent customer service!!

Had a very good experience. Such an amazing salon. Great staff. Efficient. I would come here again and I would recommend this salon to my friends and family. Great service and super happy with I got. I did highlights here and I was happy with the way they came out. Great henna designs and well done.
