I am not the easiest patient, as I tend to get light headed with needles, but Alisha, RN sets all of my concerns at ease and always makes the experience so enjoyable. Look no further! I have been coming to Hebe for several years now and absolutely love the level of service of their entire operation. From scheduling appointments, to important reminders and follow up care, they always provide exceptional customer service. Super natural and doesn’t over do it, which I love. Receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. High recommend!

Claudia was amazing, she listened to my wants, worked with my budget, and gave me feedback on what she thought would benefit my facial structure as well. Critical: ProfessionalismMy injector did a great job, but I would not come back to Hebe. I got filler and Botox on a Friday and they close on the weekends. I was given a post-care form and told to call an after hours number if I had any urgent problems / reactions, because the main office would be closed.I’ve had filler before so I wasn’t worried, but for some reason I had a bad reaction a few hours after my appointment. My face broke out in a rash, my temp went up, and my toes/hands turned pale.I got scared and called the after hours number but got no answer. I texted (per the instructions) but got no response. I finally made the decision to take myself to urgent care on my own. Luckily everything cleared up with Benadryl and ultimately I was fine.BUT!! I had an emergency and couldn’t reach the med spa. No one ever responded, by the way. The following Monday I called during business hours to complain and the response i got was “you should have tried DMing us on Instagram.” Are you kidding me?Not worth my safety, won’t be coming back here.My injector did a great job, but I would not come back to Hebe. Critical: QualityIve always wanted to enhance my lips. Made an appointment. I was quoted $800. I paid it and couldn’t wait for results. Waited…. Waited… Hoping my lips were going to fill in or look fuller. No! I am so disappointed. $800 later and you would think my lips would look bigger, no. I called the place and they asked me to go back in. Honestly i cant afford nor do i want to be charged again. I cant see $800 of injection on my lips. I just can’t believe how much i got ripped for.
