I have been doing 2-hour facial here for over three years. They are professional and very attentive. Milky and Qianqian took care of my acne issues two years ago by doing deep cleaning and applying the right skin care beauty products on my face on a monthly bases. Recently I started to go there for eyelash extensions with Coco. She uses prime materials and her skills are excellent. I can comfortably take a 20-30 mins nap without feeling too much and get my eye lashes magically done by her! I love it! Their price is fair and if you get membership you can enjoy discounts. I also like to buy their facial masks and just use them at home to take care of myself. I’ve recommended 4-5 friends to come to Hebe and so far everyone continue coming back to this place. I guess that says a lot about their products and services.

Great and professional service as always. I been to Hebe many times but I don’t really have a designated skin-care technician and the ones who did my treatments are always very friendly and patient to my questions. They gave helpful tips on taking care of your skins. Sensitive skin and acne are becoming less a problem after visiting a couple times. I like their skin-cleansing towels so you dont scrub and irritate your face. If you have sensitive and dry skin, definitely recommend their skin mask product to keep a good balance of facial hydration. Definitely will come back to explore more services to further improve skin condition.

I went in for the 2 hour facial and I had a good time. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere here was chilled and relaxing. I liked the products they used and Winnie was so detailed and even walked me through the process with a few tips on how I could better care for my skin at home. Good experience all through.

Went in for a facial and I left feeling great. The technician was gentle when doing the procedure and always made sure I was comfortable with each step. Plus I also liked their products as they don’t affect my skin (I have a super sensitive skin).

This become my favorite facial shop in NYC! Relax and chill environment, even fall asleep during the facial time. Don’t worry if you are not sure what kind of facial you should get, the staff here will give you professional advice when they look at your skin condition. Nice and professional services that you won’t get it anywhere besides Hebe! They have 2 locations, I went to Flushing and Liwei is my favorite aesthetician. My skin gets better and better. Highly recommend.

The facial was nice but I got weird stares and felt very judged. Also, when I asked what the difference between each facial service was, the staff told me that they were the same but with different names. I don’t know what that says about the variety of services they offer if everything they offer is the same thing. At least they were the same price.

My sister introduced me to this location for a two hour facial today and it was an amazing experience! I would definitely recommend Winnie, where she was extremely nice throughout the entire process. During the two hour procedure, she gave brief descriptions of every step before proceeding and gave me tips on how to improve my skin in my day to day life. Winnie was really gentle during the blackhead extractions and gave an extremely comfortable facial/neck massage. After the two hour treatment, my skin felt extremely hydrated and supple. I would definitely come back to this location more often if only it was not a 3 hour round trip to get here. The experience I received from Winnie was definitely worth the trip here though!
