I can to this location for an appointment with another stylist- who stood me up. Rachel was completely booked, but took me on anyway- she’s big on service and respecting the clients time. I was definitely amazed at her professionalism and resilience in rotating clients in and out – effortlessly. Needless to say her product definitely matched her level of professionalism and I was beyond pleased with my retwist! She had definitely gained a loyal client in me! A word of advice though, don’t wait to book, book now- she fills up fast!

She works simultaneously, so she knocked it out in like 45 minutes. That’s with me messing her up by opening my eyes and having fluttering eyes today. When I tell you I am so glad that I booked with Heaven Scent Creative Salon. This was my first appointment ever and I can happily say I will definitely be a returning customer. I Am so in love with how my hair turned out. My stylist was amazing… she actually cares about the maintenance of your hair …letting you know what you can do to make a healthy head of hair on top of the amazing products she uses. Long post alert: This is my second time visiting Heaven Sent Creative Salon by Rachel. Again, I have received a pleasant salon experience. Rachel is efficient, highly-skilled, and incredibly friendly and personable. Rachel even accommodated me with an early last-minute appointment before a Jamaica trip. Rachel is not just concerned with making hair “look” good, she is more so concerned with maintaining the health of your hair and scalp. She is constantly providing tips and education to care for your hair on a daily basis. With my first loc retwist, my hair held up remarkably well, and I am sure this second visit will be no different. I am so happy my husband and I have found Rachel!
