Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityDefinitely the worst experience ever. Went to get a massage here yesterday , I was a walk in. First impression was they seem to be very short and rude the receptionist didn’t hardly understand English so I couldn’t explain to her my previous back problems. I told her I need a 1 hour massage, she gave me no choices or didn’t explain anything she just said “you need to pay first”. So I payed, in more than one way , The massage was horrible I kept trying to explain to her that she was putting to much pressure and that I had back surgery and had lots of back pain but she just ignored what I said. I tufted out through the hour but believe me it was my worst back massage ever. Someone walked in and rang the bell right towards the end of my song my massage the masseuse ran out of the room and said “OK you’re done” very rudely. I put my clothes back on and started to walk out and she stops me and tells me oh “you need tip me” I said what? She repeated herself several times “you need tip me” “you need tip me” Woooow. Here’s some tips for you, 1) do good work and you won’t have to ask for a tip people will naturally tip you 2) learn good English and so you can understand what people need and problems they may have 3) don’t be rude to your customers.
