I was not happy with my first and only experience at Heaven’s hands. When I arrived 15 minutes early because I knew I would have paperwork to complete, no one was there and the door was locked. At my apt time, Jennifer arrived and then proceeded to talk on her phone for ten minutes to a customer service dept about her cell phone. While she was on the phone she handed me paperwork to complete. She did apologize several times but considering my apt was then late, I had to do a 30 minute massage instead of my original 45 minute that was scheduled. Not to mention the massage was not that great. I will not be going back to her.
