Massage and facial by Sabrina was heavenly! Gratuity of 20% was factored into the price with the facility collecting 3% of that. Water, dried fruit and nuts were provided for relaxing within a private pool and whirlpool away from the regular guests. Towels, robe and slippers provided.

Got this done last day of vacation!!! Dont know what I was thinking…..I should have been going here everyday of my vacation!! Had my dream bucket list beach massage!!! It wasn’t quiet what I pictured, but it will do for now! Very nice property, service etc. Its worth the money and time.

My husband and I did the couples package and were disappointed in the quality of the massages for the price. Throughout the massage, it seemed my masseuse was rushed and wouldn’t massage parts of my body equally (for example, massaged my right arm and then less on the left, seemed rushed to move on). We then went to the outdoor spa hot tub, which was nice for 5 seconds until the photographer and a model came in and started taking promo shots. That was disappointing – if the hotel was planning to do promo photos at the hot tub, they should have scheduled clients around that so we could actually enjoy the hot tub and baths. I would skip on a massage experience in Maui resorts – you can most likely get a cheaper massage at home that is also better quality.

Today my fiancé and I received an 80 minute massage in a beach front cabana. The masseuses Adrian T and Ginger were extremely professional and accommodating to make the entire experience nothing short of amazing. The spa staff were also very accommodating as they allowed us to lounge by the infinity pool before our treatment and hours after our treatment which was much needed after such a relaxing massage. I highly advise checking this place out for spa treatments in Maui!

For the price you pay spa service was okay. No drink was offered to me when I came in for my massage. I lost my necklaces and called multiple times staff was extremely unhelpful and did not care. They told me to just wait around for it to be found I knew the exact location of the necklaces and told them and no one took the time to check. Very disappointing I expected a lot better from a Westin spa.

My wife and I scheduled a couples deep tissue massage at the Heavenly Spa after a week of swimming, snorkeling, hiking, and adventuring. We were feeling a little sore after a week of activities so figured we would do a deep tissue massage. Was not disappointed!

They do such excellent work here. I asked for more pressure and really got more pressure. If you’re aren’t a guest, the entry to this hotel is spectacular and adds to the luxury of the day. Take your time and enjoy the infinity pool overlooking whalers before you leave.

Best massage I’ve had. I was really able to relax which sometimes is hard for me to do. The massage therapist was very in tuned without me even having to tell her what I needed. My only complaint is I wish I would have booked more time!!! She was amazing but I forgot her name otherwise I’d completely recommend you go see her specifically!!
