Stopped in for a massage today. Was greeted and escorted to a room where for one hour I had a mediocre massage from a woman that had as much personality as the massage table I was laying on. She did not seem friendly or like she liked her job very much. The business seemed to be very busy and you could hear everything in the rooms next to you. Not the worst Massage I’ve ever had, I guess would be a bright spot, but I think your money would be better spent at a place that was friendly and enjoyable.

Update: Owner promptly reached out to me to explain a few things after seeing my review. Apparently there’s a price chart inside, which I just missed. As for the 5% credit card charge, it’s one time only applying to the massage cost——they won’t charge you again if you use credit card again to pay tip. Or the owner said you can finish paying after the massage is done during day time. (We came in the evening.) They obviously care about how they are doing and I’ll surely be back.

I recently moved down from Lancaster and was worried about finding a new massage spot that would fit my needs and this was it. I got a deep tissue and they asked me if I wanted medium or hard pressure and I am a hard massage person and the lady absolutely delivered. The place is very clean and the ladies were very nice. I will absolutely be back again!

Heavenly spa is always my go to place when I want to treat my wife with a birthday gift Valentine’s gift for a wonderful couples massage. All of the therapists we have had treatments from here give a great therapeutic massage and we never hesitate to tip $40 each. I wish we could give them more! We always thoroughly enjoy our experience here and we will definitely continue to be return customers!

I would rate it a 0 if I could, YOU DO NOT DEMAND TIPS! Massage was not worth it, I tip but it’s weird to ask let alone ambush you for it. It was a couples massage me and my boyfriend feel violated. My lady fell asleep multiple times on me literally while massaging me, you can tell they are unprofessional because, there was no routine, what she did to one leg/arm she didn’t do to the other side, The “hot” towels was cold. Was not worth $120 +the $20 ambushed tip. The massage was painful, and after I had the worst nausea. Do not reply to this review with the same message that y’all are replying to every one else’s… it’s corny, n a default message.

First timer, excited to find a new go-to local massage place. I scheduled a 30 min massage for my nana and we were greeted kindly. While she was getting her massage, I went to pay had exactly $40 cash (cost of the massage). When I asked if there was a machine for me to take tip money out, the lady insisted that I can tip alone on the card. When I gave her my card and told her $6 (15%) she remarked “$10”? I said no, $6. She said “kind of low, $8?” I was totally off put. A tip is earned, not expected. All I have to say for the customer service is Wow! As for the massage service, I’ll have to ask my nana.

This is NOT the original Heavenly Spa. It’s a NEW business. Watch out. I bought about $150 gift cards at Heavenly Spa in late 2019. Then Covid started in 2020 so I couldn’t go there until recently. I told them I had money deposited but I lost my gift card. They kept me waiting and waiting and finally they told me that they couldn’t find me in their system if I lost my gift card. They couldn’t verify my membership by putting in my name and phone number because “it’s a new business” with the original name. So they completely swallowed my money…… If you are keeping the old name “Heavenly Spa”, then you should deal with its old customers, not swallowing their money for any reason. Unacceptable.

Had a wonderful massage at Heavenly Spa in Blue Bell, PA! The best in Philadelphia suburbs. I’ve tried in many places. This is the best! Very clean, professional staff, spacious, quite reasonable price and easy to get appointment! All my back pain and stress are gone from my body. Feel totally relaxed after an hour of massage here! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
