Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst I called and asked for an appointment I was given a time then Hung up on without my name being taken down then When arrived I had Requested a dip with added length and was soooo disappointed by Kim’s work ethic and her job on my hands in general she couldn’t do a simple almond shape and every nail looks different! I should have stuck with a basic manicure. She even commented that my nails were “wide” more then twice! I have never had someone say anything about that before! And when she was done with one hand she kinda tossed my hand to the side! Like I’ll never ever go back. Love love love this nail salon! Have been to many but now that I found Heavenly nails I will never go any place else! The Owner Kim and her husband are the best! They really take pride in what they do! Love love love them! I even brought my mom from out of town to experience what a treat and she said they made her feel like a queen
