I have been coming here for 2 years and the service has been pretty good. However, I got acrylics with gel about a week and a half ago and 30 minutes after my appointment my nails started to wrinkle. I went back on Monday the next week and had them fix it. The gel polish did not cure long enough, resulting in the polish being wet underneath the top coat. It was so bad that the drill they used to remove it got full of wet gel polish. While I was getting them redone, they only had me put my hand under the light for 30 seconds after each coat. When I questioned them about it, they said it was long enough and the wrinkling won’t happen again. I left the salon and the next day the nails started wrinkling up again. I was going to let it go because I’ve gone to them for so long, but today it was at the point where the gel was peeling off with sticky wet polish underneath. I just went back and asked them to fix it again, as it’s clear that they didn’t let the nails cure long enough. I was being yelled at and told not only that they would not fix the nails, but they would not give me any money back. They told me that I was doing something wrong and that they can’t give free services. I have no clue how I could have caused them to be wet underneath. I am absolutely beyond disappointed and disgusted that they could treat a loyal customer like this. I will never come back again.

I had a fantastic experience here. My mom and I both came for pedicures without appointments and we got seen right away. They even did our pedicures at the same time so that we would be ready to go together. Very friendly service and a much needed, relaxing experience. Will definitely be back! Pedicure

There was so many flies in there. I couldn’t relax through my pedicure because I was to busy swatting flies and I was drenched in sweat because apparently they don’t have AC in there. So I spent the 2hr and 10 minutes getting a pedicure and set of nails done , YES, 2hrs and 10 minutes is the longest I ever spent at a nail salon. Also, they do NOT display prices or services they provide. They really need to address these issues. Then again, perhaps they are closing down because the place was so empty. Definitely more flies than clients

Today is 2nd time in long time an I will not be returning 1st was Anc and the wrong color was applied by nail technician and when I finished speaking with another customer 1/ way thru and noticed I was told it was my fault by perhaps older technician. Todau I tried a pedicure and found it was minimal .Tech was to concerned with answering phone and offering any assistance with getting from chair with my things causing a dropping of my scarf onto newly polished toes and overall disinterest. I will not return or recommend Heavenly Nails.

I had 1 bad experience recently but they apologized, didn’t charge me and asked if I would come back in a few days to fix the issue; which I did. Clean place, however I have been here several times and have given this salon several chances and every time I request a Anc mani it looks like a child painted my nails, and I am never given a actual manicure? I also at one time had a white gel mani and the polish spotted brown a few days later? Perhaps they have expired product… The pedicures are alright but everytime I come and the price is different with everything. They only accept tips is cash btw ***

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment for a mani pedi for my COVID wedding day. Got a French mani and a regular pedi. Color selection was okay.As soon as I walked in I was pressured about getting gel when I repeatedly said no thank you. I understood that it would last longer, I just didn’t want to spend the extra $16. She seemed extremely disappointed and annoyed when I turned down the gel (I’m still giving you my business so what’s the problem?)Facility does not have dryers for hands/feet (never been to a salon that doesn’t have those?), so they did my mani first. Any time I noticed a smudge or a spot that wasn’t polished, I asked kindly if she could touch it up to make it look cleaner (and I normally NEVER speak up, so it was noticeable enough for me to actually say something). The several times I did say something, the woman disagreed and said that it looked fine. When I insisted that she redo the nail because it was very obviously smudged and sloppy, she spitefully took the polish off and rushed to redo it. This happened at least 2 more times, seeming like any time I asked her to redo something she was extremely annoyed and bothered by my request and then rushed to redo it. Also my cuticles were fine before I went in there and now several days later they are extremely rugged and torn up.
