I came here Monday morning for a basic manicure and pedicure (no gel) for myself and my daughter. The ladies who serviced us did a good job, however we did notice Monday evening that our nail polish was chipped on 1 finger, then Tuesday on mostly all our fingers ♀️. The amount of money we paid this establishment for our services and tipped the ladies our polish shouldn’t have started chipping the same day. I already stopped coming here because of the pricing, the only reason I came here this day was because the other place was closed and I had a flight to catch.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible!!! Don’t waste your money here people, you deserve better :(. I was in much need of mami time, it’s been a while since I had time to myself, and since I had just gotten out of the dentist I decided ehh why not. First time walking into this place and the lady was so rude at the front , not welcoming at all. They sat me down right away after I asked for just a pedicure and I notice a roach on the floor to the left side where I was sitting.. I am so afraid and disgusted my roaches and I was trying to be so nice and not judge them. Then I notice a second one barely alive but still moving and twitching… omg so gross, and then another one! At this point she’s already scrubbing my feet and I just can’t take it anymore, I told her “excuse me but you have roches by your side” she starts laughing squished it with her Sándle and continued to scrub my feet saying Oooo that’s okay. Ummm excuse me no that is not okay!! I start looking around in even more disgust because the chair was dirty, the tools she was using were not new, and that’s when I told her to please stop because I had to get out of there asap! She was so upset and told me she still has to charge me 30$ . Like are you kidding me?!! Telling me she won’t get payed, and it’s not her fault , then continued to speak in a different language highly upset. I felt so awkward and gave her 10$ but no way in hell was I going to pay 30$ for a foot scrub. My feet are all dry still, not even worth 10 freaking dollars. Omg this place was the worst nail salon I have ever been too in my entire life!!!! So crazy and I can’t believe they operate like this 🙁

Horrible place first of all they were sloppy with the services ,demand tips and then when you come back to complain they give you an attitude after they have gladly taken your money. And they suggest appointments and then when you come for your appointment act like they don’t know who you are and make you wait longer. I will never go back there again. Critical: QualityWent in for a pedicure expected to pay 25 -30.. I was charged $40 for a pedicure!! She wasn’t placing the lamp properly and kept burning my toes. I Was sad to see she cutt my toe nail so short it looks like i bite my toe nails and looks like i did the white tip myself..

The ladies are nice but feels like they make up random at the moment prices and top off the lady put a crooked acrylic nail on my daughter even after my daughter told her it was the lady told her no it wasnt nd yes it was when i looked at it. Personally i will never be back here again.

Paid 55 for these and I was so unhappy they were short and bumpy. I was vocal about how I wanted and the lady just kept telling me she knew what was better. Horrible experience.
