Welcoming easy check-in process. The staff is Professional, respectful and attentive. The facility is clean, and sanitary. My masseuse was one of the best I’ve ever had. Various techniques were used to remove knots, massage was not rushed, left feeling relaxed, calm and tranquil.

It does not look like much from the outside but it is beautifully done and tranquil on the inside. I am new to the area and received a facial as a gift which I redeemed at the Morton Grove location. The facial is supposed to be 60 minutes (50 for the service and 10 for changing/consult). Unfortunately I only receive 44 minutes at best. I know it was a gift but someone did pay for the service and I feel like I got jipped. I was hoping this would be my new go to place. I’ll give it one more try.

Purchased a couples massage for a deep tissue or Swedish massage. When we arrived, we were not asked what type of massage we wanted or target areas. We said multiple times throughout the massage that we wanted deeper pressure but they only listened for a minute whenever we asked. Will not be returning. Massage was very superficial, mostly just light rubbing. Not worth the money, even with a discount. On top of it, my pants were stained afterwards.

Horrible Horrible Experience. Do not come here. My masseuse talked the entire time about how slow business has been. Sat ON the massage table. Did not massage at all after asking and paying for a deep tissue. She scratched me for 30 min. I emailed TWICE and no response. Save your money go somewhere else.

I’ve been seeing Rosa for many years. She is a master at deep tissue massage. Great on the shoulders where I need it. I exercise regularly and her healing massage works wonders and allows me to stay active.

My friend and I had the full spa day. The service was great and very relaxing! However, we were rescheduled like 2 times. First was mistakenly being scheduled for only a massage, and then to another date, and then changing the slots for my friend & I being able to end our spa day with our nails being done together. I would definitely go back because I enjoyed my experience, but my only complaint would be the scheduling.

I had never had a massage before…my experience was phenomenal! Front desk ladies were so nice…and my massage therapist was incredible!!! I will definitely ask for her again..I was having pain in parts of my back and just general soreness from working out. It was also very clean and quiet. The steam shower at the end was everything!!!!! So relaxing!! I think I will do some things differently next time..tie my hair up and don’t wear any jewelry..I had on waist beads. But she worked around them like professional. I will definitely be back and try other services.
