I had a wonderful relaxing experience at this day spa in Schaumburg. ANGELA was my massage therapist. She was excellent and I highly recommend her. I had a 80 minute full body massage, it was a aromatherapy massage. I have been to several day spas but this was the 1st time ever that I could select the essential oil that I wanted to be used so I chose lavender. I was very pleased with the massage and Angela. I definitely plan on coming back.

Treated my mother to a “mini spa day” at this location. She had an overall great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating.She could not remember the massage therapist’s name, but she said it was the best massage she’s ever had. It completely made her day.

They gave me a pedi in a bowl. ♀️ Then spend 15 mins trying to get off my no chip nail polish with a nail file. They don’t have nail drills. After the 15 mins of getting the nail polish off she attempted to get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet and really had the nerve to say “YOUR FOOT IS DRY” She never soaked it ♀️. She even sliced my skin with her file trying to get my polish off. I got a mani also and it’s only been 2 days and my polish is already coming off. WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!!

Just finished my massage with Daiva (hopefully i spelled her name correctly?)! She was excellent! I would come back to get another massage from her. I really enjoyed the relaxing music and the dimmed lights. It really set the mood for a great experience! The front staff were very pleasant. I was running about 10 minutes late. They were nice enough to still accommodate me.

Was a little unsure about this place after reading some reviews, but I was proved wrong. I went last week and it was a very much needed massage. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Nadia was fantastic. She asked what areas were bothering me and then during the massage she made sure pressure was alright. I was worried it wouldn’t be a deep massage but when asked if she could give deeper pressure she did and it was perfect. The rooms are a little small so it seems a little troublesome to move around to get all the right spots but she still managed well. Will definitely be going back.

Very antiquated way of doing services. Didn’t even know how to remove no chip polish. Still using bowls with soap and water to do pedicures. No massage or scraping the feet. I had to go the next day to get my nails done at a place where they knew how to remove existing polish. I could go on and on about how inadequate this place was. Not to mention my 90 minute massage was not even 70 minutes.

I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars for this review. Katie and Angela were the incredibly accommodating when I brought my mother tonight for our massage. They took their time to listen to our needs and provide excellent service. Katie was very kind and was inclined to do the best for us. Angela was excellent! She was very aware of the physical and health concerns I addressed regarding my mom and provided her a gentle massage. Thank you both very much!
