She made sure I was comfortable and this was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Massages were something I thought of as a special treat, but after my experience with Kristen I am amazed by how I feel and will be returning so soon. She made sure I was comfortable and this was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I had one session with practitioner Josiah for my fear of swimming in the ocean. Right before I left for our family vacation I decided to try Evox treatment because I heard it would help me from my friends. I love watching my kids swim and I always wish I could swim with them. Usually I wear the kids arm swimming floats but after this one session I beat my fear! I could not believe it. I know it sounds silly but all my life I wanted to be able to swim in the ocean without arm floats as it is embarrassing. The entire process was easy and very calming but I did cry a lot. I also felt a release of something not sure what it was but it truly felt so calming. After having such success with this. I also decided to do a couples session with my husband and again only one treatment was highly affective. Not sure if everyone has such great results after one session but we did!! I highly recommend Evox and Josiah to anyone facing issues that they can not figure out how to fix! Evox treatment and Josiahs wisdom and knowledge have changed the way we think and live. We now are free from feeling stuck. We are so grateful for Doctor who developed this system and Josiah who developed Self-Awareness therapy for helping everyone to live a better life.

My first visit was at 38 weeks and she helped ease the anxiety along with prepare my body for labor and delivery. Her passion to help others shines during every appointment. I had lost faith that I could ever achieve restorative sleep again. After only one treatment, I experienced a dramatic increase in sleep quality. One week ago I was in a funk. I’m sure everyone can relate at times of life stresses. I was getting into an anxious state from being overwhelmed and felt I could jump out of my own skin. I was too beyond and unable to force myself back to being centered. It was time to either take a whole week to sleep and rest or buy a ticket to the end of the earth and jumping off. Josiah gave me a one hour emotion treatment using my voice and putting my hand on a sensor device. In one hour I was calmed and relaxed and by the next day I was back to being centered. I accomplished a lot this week and still feeling really good. I will be ready for my next treatment in a few more days since life keeps going full force. Thank you Josiah for helping me feel whole again and enjoying life to it fullest!

Before my massage the owner asked me where the pain was pinpointed and said she would check on me after my massage. I have had many massage treatments with Emily and Khoa, I have to say they are both very different in technique but superb in their work. I highly recommend Emily for trauma work and Khoa for relaxation, deep energy work and really getting into the fascia. Thanks so much you guys!!
