This was the worst experience. First when I got there all the lights were off and Noone was at the front, I should’ve trusted my gut to leave. Then a lady comes up, doesn’t tell me her name, doesn’t ask for mine, just looks at me. I asked if I could get a massage she shakes her head yes. I asked if I could get 30 mins for body and 30 mins for feet (on their service list), she points to just 60 min body massage. I realize she doesn’t speak much English so point at the service I want. She shakes her head yes. She walks me to the room, says I have to pay first, takes the money, says nothing else, shuts the door. I felt like she was just doing whatever during the massage, different on each side. Only spent 5 mins on my feet. Then she leaves comes back with coconut oil and puts it to my face she then proceeds to use it. During the whole massage I was ready to leave. Then when she’s done she just walks out. I leave the room, she tells me the coconut oil was extra. Which is fine I just wish I knew prior. Throughout the massage I kept trying to give feedback but she just ignored me. As I go to leave she catches an attitude because I did not tip. I was not satisfied so no I did not tip.

A little freaky. Nice lady but overall untrained in massages, unorthodox and well… made me laugh to be honest. this is like the typical Asian massage parlor you would kind of expect. Do not trust these reviews. Most of the reviews on here tend to come from someone within the business or someone who just happens to visit a lot of Asian massages…….. weird haha

Critical: CommunicationI called to make an appointment for a 90min massage. Was quoted $70. When I arrived it was $110 and the 1hr was $70. I got the 1hr for a Swedish massage but the person giving it was doing a deep tissue. I tried numerous times telling her to do light pressure Swedish but still experience deep. I wanted full body and it took about 45 mins before I realized it my massage was mostly done on my back. I had to ask her to stop and to work something else. By the time I turned over I only had 5mins left of my massage. She was a sweet person but don’t really understand communication. I felt not relaxed at all when left. After a few hours I was sore and swollen and felt like someone beat my back up rather than relaxed. After 24hrs and still feeling sore I figured I would do this review as a way to help the business improve their communication and massage technique. First time customer. They were able to fit me in at the last minute. Overall I give 3 stars for the environment, and pricing ($70 for 60 minutes and includes hot stone and hot towel).

This may have been the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty!)! At first I was a little skeptical of the location, but the decor is new, clean and beautiful. First of all, they took me as a walk-in and I explained that I was having agonizing back pain. The massage was SO thorough and the therapist was extremely sensitive to my problem areas and how deep I wanted the massage to be. They even upgraded me to a hot stone massage! This is the first review I have ever written. I walked into Heavenly Massage with years of pain from treating my body like an ” automobile test crash dummy ” and walked out after my massage session being able to raise my arms fully above my head with NO pain. It has been years since I could do that. It has been 5 days since my session and waking up without a stiff neck and shoulder pain is absolutely a blessing. In the past 2 years I have had over 20 massages that brought no results even close to the FANTASTIC results I got from one session at HEAVENLY MASSAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!
