I received a groupon as a gift and decided to upgrade to a 2 hour massage. That was the BEST massage I have ever had and was happy that I just might have found a regular masseuse. I took her up on her offer to purchase my next massage upfront. I was unable to book the appointment at that time so I told her I would call her to book it later. I have called 3 times, emailed, and messaged the facebook page with no response. I’m extremely disappointed and starting to feel like I just lost my money.

Wish the customer service was better. Do not think I will be going back. My husband went there and tried to do something nice for me. He asked the masseuse to call me to set up an apt for me that he it was his treat. She never called. At this point I have gotten monthly messages for about a year. Ps I was tipping too.
