The spa is super cute and relaxing other than this bad experience that I had during my last visit. Emily was great at first. It had been a few weeks since my last appointment for my eyebrows. I have been super busy with work. At the beginning of my wax Emily asked if I was seeing a different eyebrow waxer in an irritatingly tone. I said no, my work life had been super busy. She continued to wax and tint my eyebrows. The eyebrows looked okay at a quick glance and tipped her. However, when I went to my car I noticed that I had a chunk of my eyebrow missing on the left side. She tried to brush over this chunk of missing hair by brushing my eyebrow hair up. There was also lots of wax that wasn’t cleaned up which created a sticky mess and pulled some of my eyelashes out. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

This was by far the best massage and facial I’ve had. It’s very relaxing and inviting inside. I’ve been to other places that rush you out and I never left feeling relaxed. I actually woke myself up snoring a few times during my spa day. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment with Heavenly Hands 3 weeks in advance for an appointment on February 10th to get one of the February specials massages. The day before the massage, I received a call from Heavenly Hands letting me know that the massage therapist I booked would not be in that day, and they asked if they could reschedule me for an appointment in March. I asked if I would still be able to get the same massage I booked for February since it was a special. They told me that I would not, but they would have specials in March. I told them I wanted the special for February, and they told me the only way to make that happen was to put me on a waitlist. I said that was okay to put me on the waitlist, but to go ahead also and schedule me for March.

My mom and I went and had the Holiday Retreat special. My husband purchased the retreats as our Christmas gifts. I had never had a massage or a facial before today. I AM HOOKED! I’ve worked in a salon and spa for years, but have always been too busy, and I stay on the salon side. Heavenly hands was quiet, serene, calming, and so hospitable. The staff was so helpful, friendly and polite. My facial was done by Emily, she was so so sweet and very knowledgeable on any questions I had for her. We then got a full body massage with hot stones. It was phenomenal! Then we got a foot ritual, and it was so relaxing and nice. They truly made us feel welcomed and important, and we felt so pampered, and refreshed afterwards. We will most definitely be back, and I look forward to it so much! Highly recommend!!

This place is LUXURIOUS! You feel like you are in a 5 star Hotel spa & the prices match the experience. It is a little expensive but so worth it! Everything is perfectly decorated to make you feel relaxed. The staff are very professional and also personable. They listen to your preferences and can modify your massage or other service as you need.

I love this place and everyone there! Very clean, quiet and Such wonderful people and great services as well as products. Prices are reasonable. I’ve been to other spas, and some in Houston and this one is hands down better than others I’ve been too. I’ve bought gift certificates for others and they now also love this place have started scheduling appts. I don’t see how you would be disappointed with this spa. They truly take care of each client and you are treated truly special every time.
