The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their trait. They are licensed massage therapists and can answer any of your questions. They are very professional and really good with their hands. The massage was much needed and I feel 100 times after my massage. They offer a variety of different massages and lengths of time. They also do couples massages. I will go again and I highly recommend this for those who have aches and pains or the couple’s massage for a date. That itself will make couples connect better. Also good for a first date. Trust me!!!

Highly recommend Whitney! I have went to several area spas and by far this was the best experience for deep tissue massage. She listened to what issues I was having and provided spot treatment to specific area for maximum relief. She provides a personal touch that you just do not get anywhere else. I had my first couples massage today at Heavenly Hands and it was absolutely wonderful. I experience daily pain and was so happy to have finally found relief from their wonderful relaxation massage. Both of our massage therapists were very cheery and during our massages they took the time to explain the areas that we held the most tension in and frequently asked about our comfort levels. They even showed us different stretching techniques afterwards to ease discomfort during the work day. They are very experienced and the bathrooms and the surroundings were classy, clean and well kept.

Corinne was extremely nice but the massage was too light. Even after I asked for more pressure it was still a light massage. I felt like I was being carressed and not massaged. Also, the facial was a mask and moisturizer. I could’ve done it myself. The staff was very friendly but I was disappointed with the massage and facial.

I got a “relaxing” massage from the lady there and first off she never asked me once about the pressure and how I wanted it. I had a lot of tension in my neck and back and I felt the exact same as I did as I went in. The pressure was so light that it didn’t even feel “relaxing”. It felt like someone was just lightly rubbing my back/legs with spoons. It made me really sad because I expected more from the reviews but was highly disappointed.

Tried booking on 3 different occasions only to be told each time that “she didn’t realize she already had another booking”. Such high ratings that I hoped for the best only to be greatly disappointed. Ended up going to Serenity Spa, should have gone there the first time! Lesson learned.
