We hold the award for Best Facials. We also won 2017, 2018, 2020,2022 Best Salon and Spa by People’s Choice. Heavenly Hair Salon and Spa also holds Best of Bastrop County 2019, and 2020, 2021,2022. We also won Neighborhood favorite 2017, 2018, and 2020. All of our staff is licensed and very experienced. Our main goal is to give excellent customer service and offer great products. I have been going to Heavenly Hair & Spa for a bit now. I am someone who feels guilty spending time and/or money on myself. So, I go in feeling exhausted, invisible and guilty. I leave feeling like I have been visiting with friends who put me first and make me feel like I am worth it. My stylist, Janie W. is simply the best. Personality wise – She brightens everyones day and is FUN!! Talent wise – She is amazingly creative & has a doctorate in everything hair!! Her clients leave in awe of themselves…… which is the best compliment I can give ….. but, there Is more…… If I like a certain color and I ask her what she thinks – She doesn’t yes me to death and go with something that won’t bring the best me out. If she doesn’t like it – she tells you so, tells you why and gives you colors that will bring out the real you to perfection.

My mother, myself, and my family recently moved to Elgin and she needed a new Salon. This was the first she tried, and she really enjoyed it! She says it was clean and organized. She mentioned that everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and that on her first visit they suggested a stylist who would understand her hair type! She was very impressed and pleased with her experience and plans to be a regular here. She would absolutely recommend it! (She’s not so good with technology but asked me to post for her)

This was my first time using this establishment. I’ve never had my hair professionally colored. I told the stylist(Gaby) that when i went, it was my first time doing anything like that before. I’ve always colored my hair myself. I am disappointed. I used a photo for reference hoping that we would somewhat achieve the same look. She went dark. Black roots with burgundy tone. I’ve never had tone before. And i really didn’t want to go dark. I wanted a lighter warm color. But i was happy with the result because i was happy to get out of there. I paid a lot of money to get my hair colored. She never explained anything to me regarding how things work and how i should take care of my hair. I have already spoken to someone in mgmt about this. I am disappointed that this happened during my first time experience. And i won’t be going back. And it wasn’t really worth the $228 i spent for the look she gave me. ill be looking into going some where else who can at least give me a better experience. Also to note, If i pay that much for my hair, im expecting a great result and responsive feedback from the stylist.

I took my wife here, she loved it. Now for me, I manned up and got my haircut in a salon. Honestly it’s the best fade cut I have ever had. The blending is on point. Also , Savannah the stylist. Her method of cut was so smooth and fluid. Along with her soft spoken words. Was like being in a ASMR video. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep . I’m telling the boys about this place.

Just finished up with my first appointment at the salon. My ends were fried from me going from black to red at home. I had Olivia as my stylist and she gave me am awesome haircut. My hair feels great my ends are fresh and clean and my hair has a great shape. I love that they are almost like a secret location here in Elgin. I’m also happy to have found a salon in Elgin to go to. I’ve been here since 2020 and feel sad that I’ve only just now visited. Thanks Olivia! I love my hair and would highly recommend.
