Critical: QualityThe ambiance is very relaxing. The guy at the desk was very professional & polite. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the massage. I couldn’t tell there was any massage training conducted. There was a gentle rubbing of my scalp & shoulders. I’m sure the neck of my shirt is stretched. When Ms. M. finally moved to my feet, I requested more pressure & got it briefly. I felt like someone was simply oiling my legs & feet for 30 minutes. The ambiance is very relaxing. The guy at the desk was very professional & polite. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the massage. I couldn’t tell there was any massage training conducted. Overall okay experience. While the advertisements say walkins welcome you will probably only be able to do a 30 minute for $30 session without the shoulder, arm, and hands included like I did, or I could have come back 2 hours later (which means I would have had an appointment).

It probably depends on who you get but I didn’t get anything close to a massage. I left early because it was so terrible. The atmosphere is nice but I had a bad experience today 10/8/21. The front desk guy charged me $30 instead of $45. But waste of time and money for me.

The towel was lukewarm instead of hot and she applied zero pressure. She simply rubbed the oil in which I could have done on my own. She was more interested in finishing before the one hour alert than giving me a worthwhile experience. The receptionist simply replied “Oh, would you like to leave a tip” when I told her how disappointing my experience was. My masseuse was completely uninterested in giving me a massage and it showed. The experience at the Dunwoody location was very disappointing in comparison to the Midtown location. The towel was lukewarm instead of hot and she applied zero pressure. She simply rubbed the oil in which I could have done on my own. We stopped by this evening on the off chance they were open and were pleasantly surprised to find they were! We were even more surprised that they had a spot open and we were able to walk right in because they are usually fully booked and too busy for walk-ins.

This was a perfect little spot for our 60 min couples foot massage. They play soft, relaxing music as they massage your head, shoulders, hands, and feet for the entire 60 min. I think it’s definitely worth the price and we plan to schedule another couples massage this month.
