Have been going here for years, today was last time. Massage was sub par and after tipping 15% on pricing that nearly doubled over the year, the lady demanded more tip. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable. Lost my business.

Great place for reflexology massage! Place should have two employees at all times.

They were very rude. They moved my purse far away from me after covering my eyes. They also kept leaving during my massage. In addition to their bad service they demanded a bigger tip. Do NOT go here.

Best feet massage ever. Excellence in service. Great location and very nice. They have couples massage rooms.

Decent massage but not great. They tried to pad the bill over what I called on to ask prior to booking massages. If they do salt scrub and not tell you charge then they can’t charge for it! They will force you tip over whatever you offer.

Since my girl ‘Yee’ left to be reunited with her child, I have begun to work with Heavenly Feet masseuse Peter at the Swan location. I was introduced to Heavenly Feet about two years ago but have been going regularly (roughly every ten days) for about nine months. Peter’s massage goes beyond “pampering” or even self-care. It is therapeutic, deep-tissue, full-body massage. At times he works small; other times “big” and deep. I feel like he knows that I’ve carried nearly 50 years of trauma and stress in my shoulders, neck and lower back. Incidentally, because I am nearly 30 days alcohol-free with no desire to add that toxin back into my life in any way, shape or form (I highly recommend “This Naked Mind” approach if you are looking into giving yourself a break from alcohol) after a lifetime of using it to self-medicate through life’s struggles – I also believe that this ongoing physical therapy is releasing toxins that my body has absorbed over my lifetime. TMI, I realize but I just cannot recommend this place more highly if you want to get healthy and renew your lease on life. When I started, I felt guilty and wasn’t sure how I would pay for this “splurge”. I have since come to see these treatments as essential – at least for the time being – for improving my overall well-being.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAfter discussing a 60 minute versus 90 minute I chose a 90 minute massage. Set in a reclining chair, soaking my feet in warm water. He started with his cigarette smelled forearms with lotion, on my for head to my temples. He was literally rubbing lotion on my arms, feet, and shins. I asked him to massage my calves in which he did for a couple minutes. After taking a break outside for 2/3 minutes he came back , Did a few moves that actually felt good and I appreciated. At the end I paid the $70. He asked me for his tip, I said I don’t feel a tip was necessary. I turned around and walked out! He literally came out as, I was backing out… stopped me, insisting I give him a tip.No I Did Not!After discussing a 60 minute versus 90 minute I chose a 90 minute massage. Peter is the best! And people you must know, that to tip is part of the procedure! This place is hard to beat. And who cares about the language barrier? Who needs language when your getting a massage? Go somewhere else if you need physical therapy for crying out loud. This is 35$ for an hour well spent! Not 135$ which is what you will pay elsewhere! No frills ,easy and straight forward. I am a massage therapist and I charge way more than this! These guys do a great job! Thanks Heavenly Feet, see you soon!

I guarantee I do not generally write reviews. I had a cancellation and so I stopped in for a quick massage. This 60 minute massage is unparalleled! The guy here addressed all my major issues. I had a massage a week ago that cost me twice as much and did half as much. Highly recommend this place!

The 30min foot massage is the way to go. They rub your neck and forehead while your feet soak and it’s awesome. I did the 60 minute once and it included a body massage, which I wasn’t expecting, and it was a little uncomfortable as I had no idea what was going on and could not communicate with the person who was massaging me. The only thing that’s keeping me from the 5 star review is the fact that there is no way to communicate as I do not speak their language and they do not speak mine.
