Yelp had terrible ratings but I tried it out anyway cause Google ratings were good and it’s near my house. Huge mistake. Masseuse walked out of the room several times to talk to coworker. Another employee walked in and asked if they can change my 45 min to 30 min for no reason (no other customers) which I didn’t like but agreed. Then the masseuse ends it early at 21 minutes (I always check the clock before any massage). I said “it’s a but early but just give me my change since it wasn’t 45 min massage anymore” and she freaked out for not giving her a tip. I said I wanted the change first before tipping but she wouldn’t listen and called me cheap. I have been getting massages regularly for over 10 years after an injury and this is the first time I decided not to tip a masseuse. Stay away.
