Still decided to proceed as I assumed they’d do a great job. The woman who did my brows told me I didn’t need to wipe off my brow makeup , which seemed weird. Then kept giving confusing instructions on how to hold my brow and was getting obviously irritated with me. As soon as she finished, didn’t even bother to wipe off the extra hairs, so I had hair all over my face. One brow was visibly smaller than the other. And no cooling gel at the end. I went in because I had to go to the mall to pick something up, so I figured I’d try them over my usual spot. Pricing was way higher than my normal place. Still decided to proceed as I assumed they’d do a great job. The woman who did my brows told me I didn’t need to wipe off my brow makeup , which seemed weird. I went to another eyebrow bar that did a horrible job on my brows and Kassidy at Dollys was able to fix them for me. Since then Dolly’s is the only place I will trust my brows to. All the girls are great but I highly recommend Kassidy.

It wasn’t long she had finished every one and everyone looked happy!! And then finished mine it was quick and a job well done!! Thank you!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m not happy with my lash lift. Her service was subpar and the results were not there. My lashes are kinked, in different directions and not all lifted…. really self conscious about this look. When I went back in to have them fixed they became even worse over time. I’ll never get my lashes lifted by this salon again I dont want to come back to this salon after this experience. Wish I could upload a picture, at least 15 lashes were Kinked right into my eye. Very sad with this spendy service.She had the solution on my eyelashes for 15 minutes, cleaned them, then set the solution for another 15 minutes. When I came back to have them fixed they had solution on for another 20 minutes. After talking to my aunt who lives in another state about my jacked up lashes she said the solution should only be on for 10 minutes max.Update:: my lashes are still recovering from this treatment.I’m not happy with my lash lift. I’m not happy with my lash lift. Her service was subpar and the results were not there. My lashes are kinked, in different directions and not all lifted…. really self conscious about this look. When I went back in to have them fixed they became even worse over time. I’ll never get my lashes lifted by this salon again I dont want to come back to this salon after this experience.
