Unprofessional. I called and made an appointment with Thai over the phone. I arrived within 5 minutes. Apparently he accepted a walk in and asked me to come back. My question was, why accept a walk in when you accepted an appointment? I also mentioned this was poor customer service and I’d be writing this review. He said, “I’m sorry but you can write it, I don’t care”. He walked me to the back door and slammed the door open aggressively. I suspect this business will not be around for long. I’m a physician and very busy but I expect to be treated with respect and my time valued.

I am not a big fan of massage because its usually a soft relaxing fall asleep massage at those Big Box places (Burke Williams) not matter how many times i ask them to go harder. The massages my wife and I experienced were therapeutic and amazing. We left relaxed and felt like a heavy weight was taken off my shoulders. Their rates are better than most and I feel like you get more than any other place I have been to. My wife, who loves massages, said that this was one of the best she has ever had. TOP scores to the girls at Heaven Massage!

This poor rating is for the receptionist named chi,I have been coming here for a while, my massage therapist was great, but he is running customers away with his bad and rude customer service, he doesn’t know how to run the schedule,my massage was interrupted 30 minutes later, saying that I had to move to another room, which was uncomfortable all because he didn’t put the appointment down, he tried to blame it on my massage therapist,as if he had nothing to do with it, I called him after the massage to let him know about my experience, he said that he wasn’t there, which was false, because he offered me a refund to come back, and when I was transferring to another room, I seen him speaking to another customer, which appeared to be a conflict regarding the rooms, , if he wasn’t there, why would he pop up all of a sudden,, he also told the therapist apparently that he left, because he didn’t want to deal with me.,they need another receptionist more professional, and knows how to deal with customers, I got no apology from him, today I called trying to schedule a massage and he hung up on me,, I called him back and asked why did he hang up on me, and that I will definitely be reporting him.

Glad that they finally improved their policies and you can switch your masseuse if you aren’t liking the service within the first 15 minutes. Otherwise, its a pretty average massage at prices higher than average. Also, if you get aromatherapy – they add it in your lotion, which I don’t think is smart as I opted for no lotion. Some places just put it in a diffuser under the table that would be a great option for relaxing massage.

Took my wife and 7 yr old daughter on Thanksgiving vacation to get the 90 minute massage…what a great experience…only $60 per person. Treated my daughter no different than my wife and myself except for maybe a softer touch with my daughter. Very clean and smelled good. Warm water foot massage is relaxing and always a great way to start the full body massage
