Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would give no stars if possible. RUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. The staff was completely unprofessional. There was a misunderstanding when booking the appointment. I asked the hairstylist not to style my girls hair if they did not have adequate time. They insisted that they did and proceeded to style my girls hair. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the appointment with them. They took advantage. Did not wash their hair, as promised, and styled their dirty hair. The girls hair was knotted and looked terrible. One even had the audacity to take a long break in middle of styling one of my daughter’s hair although she had no time to actually do her hair.
