Received a Groupon for Christmas here. They would not make me an appointment as they said they had no availability. I asked for them to just schedule me further out to where they had availability and they wouldn’t do that either. The only thing they said they would do is call me if something opened up but it would have to be during the day on a Tuesday or Thursday (when I work) as they would not accommodate a Groupon on a Wednesday or Saturday (which would be totally fine if it stated that on the Groupon.)

They NEVER answer their.phone or call back if you’re trying to make an appointment with. Groupon. I received a gift to get a massage there and have been trying to get an appointment since Christmas. It’s February 8th and I have called at least 15 times. They called back ONE time which of course I missed, but they have made zero effort despite my extremely patient messages. The gift expires 2/27. I don’t live by them and refuse to make a trip there just to make an appointment. Horrible, and frankly, I wish they’d just refund my daughter what she paid.

I have been searching for a salon to trust, and I finally found it! All of the staff were extremely nice and professional. It is a family owned business, and they give individual attention and really cared about their customers. When I arrived, Jay, the manager, gave me a hair consultation and decided what needed to be done from there. I got a deep conditioning treatment (amazing!) then full highlights and low lights. I showed them a picture of the cut I would like and they nailed it! I get compliments about my hair even today (weeks later). I haven’t tried their spa treatments, but they sure know how to do hair. About an earlier comment on google that the facilities were dirty, they aren’t dirty, it is a family run business and they offer way more services than most family businesses do. They met all standards and beyond. They even referred me to another salon to do my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding since they are not open on Sunday. I would absolutely go back and have already made two more appointments.

My kids got me a Groupon and I had never heard of this place. I found it and had one of the best massages ever from Patty. I highly recommend Heaven Salon for your achy muscles and just to feel all-round better. But. The rest of the experience was less than satisfying. I was immediately hit with a sale for a future massage if I bought it before I left, at a discount. When I told the owner that expiration dates on gift certificates and certificates for future massages are illegal, the owner told me his partner is a lawyer. So, if your certificate has an expiration date, make sure you ask for another if you can’t make it before then. They HAVE to replace it. I just didn’t like the feeling I had about this place. They are selling Groupons and then telling people that they have to take care of regulars first when I inquired about a hair cut. Yikes.

Linda is fantastic! I have been going to her for close to 2 years now and she always does a phenomenal job! I always get compliments on my hair and as asked where I get it done. She is a true professional and an expert. She also did hair for 4 of us for my daughter’s wedding and all of the up do’s were beautiful and lasted all day and night. I can’t say enough. I purchased a groupon for a massage and hand treatment at Heaven Salon and Spa. When I called and told them that I had a Groupon, they were rude and acted put out. They wouldn’t schedule an appointment for me. Instead they took my name and groupon number and said that they would call me back. I never heard back from them. I called and left messages. I did not receive a callback. Luckily groupon refunded me groupon dollars that I can use for a different spa. After reading other reviews,I guess I’m better off.
