Terrible experience and I am never coming back. Although my gel manicure was $20… I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, the paint job looks like a 12 year old did it and everything was very rushed. They always over book and have people waiting for be serviced because they don’t have enough staff. Terrible terrible terrible… The one man that is in the shop did my nails and that was the last straw for me. Do not recommend…

Quite possibly the best nail services I’ve ever received! My nails aren’t thick at all, but also not so thin that they will break. I really felt heard when I explained the shape I wanted. I’m always told my nail beds are short so it better to go longer or not do certain styles, but not here! They just said ok & made it happen! On top of that, there was a paraffin wax & like a 10 minute chair massage include in my gel fill! It wasn’t like other salons that just add on services & you find out at the end it was an extra $40. Never going anywhere else again & neither should you!

Made appointments. Came on our scheduled time and they looked at us like we were crazy. Said we never had appointments. So rude literally laughed and just stood there staring at us. Did not even ask to accommodate us. Never will be going back. Most disgusting customer service.

They really changed. All the girls now cut me even with a nail file. And they used a nail Dremel on my gel nails for no reason ive spent the better part of 2 years trying to get my nails healthy again I dont recommend this place any longer.

My last visit she broke two nails while using the cuticle nippers & made me bleed ( L great toe & L thumb ) My nails are so thin now. This was my 4th visit. Never had a problem before.

Outstanding service, the workers are so friendly. Gets very busy on weekends; either go right when they open or make an appointment. Very reasonable pricing; I love the massages that come with the manicures or pedicures! I’m moving soon, and will miss my favorite nail salon. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! ❤️

I got a mani pedi. It came out fabulous. The staff were conscious about cleaning before and after clients. Everyone wore face masks. Clients maintained socially distant from one another. Just a heads up they only accept tips in cash. There is an ATM on the premise. Definitely going back. The basic pedicure for $30 was well worth the money and time.

I love getting my nails done at Heaven Nails. I was able to come in for a gel manicure 45 minutes before closing. The neck massage and wax dip is a nice touch. I will be back! Bring cash for tip but they accept cards for paying for the services.

The staff are so friendly and do a really good job on manicures and pedicures. Gel mainucres are only $20 which is so reasonable! The neck/back massage that they give literally makes you feel like you are in heaven! Highly recommend!!!! They offer a bonus card too so you earn points and can use it as a coupon for future manicures! Love this place!

Best nail salon! The staff does meticulous work, the salon is very clean & comfortable. They provide an endless choice of high quality nail polish colors, use parafin dip for hands & feet, give amazing mini massages after manicures & pedicures. Prices are very reasonable. Their gel mani lasts 3 weeks, and pedicures last indefinitely!
