I really wanted to like this place since my sister had recommended it to me. She usually sees Annie so I called ahead and made my appointment with Annie. I had asked for a 630pm appointment but she said she could only take me at 7pm. I agreed. I arrived, Annie asked me to be seated on the spa chair, I did. She tells another lady to take the gel off. This lady had to be told multiple times how to remove gel. She didn’t know how to do that. I doubt she is licensed. Another man comes, with what looks like fungus on his nails and proceeded to do the gel mani. All while Annie is taking someone else (walk in) after I had made my appointment specifically with her. I was cut on my toes, no cuticles was removed. I had dust stuck to my legs since everything was done backwards and it looks like my 5 year old niece painted my nails. I won’t even show my toes since I’m so embarrassed. 75$ on trash! Never again! Stay away, I promise you.

This place is a total rip off & my boyfriend & I only got a pedicure each & one manicure which shouldn’t of costed more than $60 & they charged my debit card $172.00! I am still disputing this with them & my bank! I also suffer from narcolepsy which is a sleep disorder & they couldn’t understand when I explained it to them so they kept trying to stop doing my pedicure if I even closed my eyes! This is illegal to refuse service due to any disability! Plus you are sitting in these massage chairs with your feet soaking in the warm jet streams so a person can’t relax with their eyes closed?!? They were so ignorant & Im even thinking of taking them to court for this discrimination & how I was treated & then overcharged on top of it all! I’ve never been more humiliated in my life & they were very rude & hardly spoke any English! And they also made one toe bleed which had nothing to do with my disorder!

I was recommended to this place and if you were thinking about giving this nails spa a go, think again. By far the worst nails experience for me. I booked an appointment at 6 pm to get white tip acrylic nails and a guy there took me in. Considering it being my first time at this new salon I was excited to become a new loyal costumer to them. Well I was strongly disappointed, for instance my cuticles were not touched once, it was as if I applied press on nails with the tinniest bit of nail glue and called it a day. By the next day my hair was already getting stuck in between my nails. This place is so not worth it. It’s not even a week since I’ve gotten them done and already three of my nails have flicked off. As I’m removing the rest of the wack job nails that I have left I’m regretting spending my well earned money on these. Again it has not even been a full week. AVOID GOING HERE TRUST ME, you’ll save your money.

He sat me down to do my toes and let me tell you that water was cold. I should of spoke up but I didn’t . Smh: I then started to hate how they did the job the imperfections of the job was so obvious the quality was terrible. I had to ask for another coat because they Were being so stingy with the product! I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN NEVER ! Guys the tools are not cleaned at all it’s been 4 days now and look at my nail , now I have to elsewhere to get them done. I wish I never gave a tip but o was too freaking nice to nice!!!! when i got there the lady insisted i get a gel pedicure and i wasn’t into it bc i didn’t have enough cash on me. all the workers were calling me ignorant bc i didn’t want gel. the pedicure was ugly, my mom does them nicer. i just came bc it’s for my prom. the same lady proceeds to tell me i’m gonna have to be charged and extra $2 to pay the rest rest on my card. i say ok and she asks if i wanna tip. i say no and the workers again talk badly about me when that’s the reason i’m not tipping. my sister and friend had a similar experience another time. they will talk badly about you

I never leave reviews, but I am really happy with my pedicure! I felt like the manicurist took her time because she actually cared that my nails look nice, not trying to just rush me out. I’d go back if I lived in the area.
