Discovered this gem of an establishment last year when newly opened. And the staff changed with new owners only to make great, even better. Tou is amazing and balances heavy demand with a lean staff, but they are efficient and timely always. Now I’ve referred friends who feel the same as me, As a customer, I am embarrassed for individuals or groups who stop in and expect service on the spot without appointments, seemingly unaware that service positions EVERYWHERE are short staffed. To the person leaving an unfavorable review on a small business in its first year for this reason, shame on you! Hard working people who are pleasant, professional, and accommodating has been the experience for myself and others who I’ve referred:)

I tried to give them my business and walked in only to be shooed away telling me they had no time instead of telling me it would be a certain amount of times wait giving me the choice whether to wait or go somewhere else. Love, love, love this place! My new go-to nail salon. I’ve been searching for years for a good nail salon to go to since moving back to Wisconsin. So many other salons I’ve gone to only to eventually be disappointed or have them jack prices up on me. I have gone here multiple times and have not been disappointed. They get the job done and it turns out nice but nothing extra. The pedicure will come with a slight massage but the manicure will get a little oil on the cuticles with no hand massage. You pay alot for the services you would think that they would include a massage on the hands as well. Disappointed Pedicure, Manicure

Guy was hurting my nails and skin by digging his nail into my skin while doing my nails I asked him to please stop he said he wasn’t hurting me and didn’t understand. Next, the guy was lazy not even taking the old color off I had to ask twice. I don’t usually go here but my regular go to person is on vacation so I had to settle for this dump. Never again!
