Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was here a week ago and was unhappy with the technician who did my nails. She wasn’t professional towards me. I needed my nails done for an event. I was disappointed with the result of my nails. The first 3 photos below were my original set in the peach/pink color. They were supposed to be something completely different but they didn’t have the colors and the polish job wasn’t done well. Perhaps, the technician I originally saw was having a bad day. IDK.I left a review last week.(Which I just took down. My experience today at the salon changed my perspective of this salon)The owner reached out to me on google last week to make things right.Serena (the owner) did my nails today exactly as I requested. She did a thorough job.She was very friendly and professional.I am glad I gave this salon a 2nd chance. Serena exhibited exceptional customer service / client relations. She also gave me a certificate to get a pedicure. That was super sweet.She repeatedly expressed gratitude that I came back.I had a significantly better experience this time around.I recommend this salon.I appreciate a business with integrity.Client satisfaction is imperative.I left with the impression that Serena is a genuine sweetheart and her clients matter to her.I will be back.My advice is if you have a style, design or color you want have a 2nd option idea with you.This salon wants to make sure clients are happy. I was here a week ago and was unhappy with the technician who did my nails. She wasn’t professional towards me. I needed my nails done for an event. I was disappointed with the result of my nails. Heaven Nail is definitely a secrete gem for nail salons…it’s always a wonderful experience! Their spa pedicure are the best, especially with the hot stones and massage it’s such an amazing deal!! Their uv gel manicure are done with care. Serena and Ann the owners always welcome you and remember their customers by name. Everyone is so sweet and friendly! Also the place is clean!

My nails came out very pretty for the holidays. They last long with a gel fill in and do not chip or break for two weeks. My manicurist is very sweet and takes great pride in her work. The salon has always treated me nicely. One recommendation would be for more variety in gel colors. The only other downside is with designs I’m always there 2 hours which is longer than I’d like. #yunanaildesigns #manicureby_yuna

I am sitting at the salon right now. I made an appointment with Sandra for a mani-pedi. After she completed my pedi she escorts me to the mani chair and drops me off. She excuses herself and apologizes letting me know she won’t be able to do my mani because her manager won’t let her. It’s the asian lady with curly hair and red glasses. I said, would you mind asking since I made the appointment with you because I trust your work. She said I will ask. She asks in front of me and her manager adamantly refused. I then said to the manager the reason I made the appointment for both the mani and pedi with Sandra is because I like her work and she should honor it or should’ve told me when I booked it. I don’t think she liked that I challenged her and sent Sandra away. She ignored me as I sat in the next chair next to her. At the moment I am drying my toe nails and don’t know if anyone is coming to do my mani- although I really just want to leave. Sandra approached the station I was sitting on to grab something and she yelled at her saying she was not to take care of me. The woman was there for something else. Needless to say I won’t be returning here again. I feel badly that Sandra was scolded over something she didn’t do. Poor treatment of workers or customers isn’t acceptable. This is the lady that was rude to me and her worker.

Everyone there was very nice, but the quality of the service I got done left me sad. My nails are different lengths and they are very lumpy (not sanded down enough)… 3 of my nails are crooked and i have dust encapsulated inside of the top coat.. I also got a design done and 2 of the nails dont have the sticker pushed down enough so theres an air bubble which looks terrible.. these are my Christmas nails and I paid too much money for them to look the way they do.. I was also in severe, wincing pain during the curing process of the UV gel. I’m pretty tough but I almost gave up at one point. My cuticles weren’t cleaned up and I’m just really sad with the result.. Lovely people but I feel they are only nice because they were very adamant on getting a 5 star review.

terrible gel manicure. I went on Friday after work and my entire manicure was chipping by the next day. I moved in the area so went to try this place. I also got a pedicure- they do not remove callus, usually this is included in your pedicure, she said it was $13 bucks more. I hate my nails right now, I am going to another salon today to get a new manicure and its only Wednesday.
