Very beautiful place but it’s very pricey and they need better communication. I called for a wash and blow out and after asking my hair length was told that it would be $25. When arriving the atmosphere was gorgeous and they even offered tea to my boyfriend ( Who was an avid tea drinker) I got Scott and he explained all the products he was using and I was very pleased with the information. I got my hair washed and blown out. The style was cute but after he finished I was kinda left there not knowing where he went or where I should pay. I walked up to the counter and told my hair style would cost $50. When I told the lady at the counter what I was told over the phone she told me that prices START at $25 and since Scott was the owner and did my hair I would be charged more. She did help by giving me a coupon so I paid $40. But the costs at salons in reading I get cut, washed, and styled for $30 and they all did amazingly well. I just felt like the price was insane. On my way home I got a reaction from the hairspray and had to wash out my hair so I basically washed away $40. This was my first time coming here and I’m a little disappointed. I guess I’ll continue to drive to reading

Every time I go to Heaven and Earth, the staff makes me feel like I am the most important person they have ever met! They are so kind and wonderful that I have even asked the owner if they train their staff to be so kind; her response was that they are just themselves. I am pampered beyond belief while I am there, always leave with a complimentary makeup or makeup touch up, and, best of all, my hair has NEVER looked better! I am 60 years old, and I have never had such a fabulous cut; I can bob my ear length hair, wear it curly (natural), flip it, wear it straight, or wear it behind my ears…the possibilities are endless and I always feel fabulous because I know my hair looks great no matter the style. I went to Heaven & Earth today for the first time to get a cut and color and was really impressed! I had a regular stylist for years who moved away and I’ve been to numerous places since and have almost always been left disappointed. I’ve actually been trying to grow my hair out for four months since my last cut and color which may have been the worst of my life! Giusci really took the time to match my hair with color swatches, look at pictures, and listen to what I wanted. I got bayalage and am super happy. People have complained about the price of this salon; however, I’ve been many places and have paid both more and less, so it seems to be right in the middle. An added bonus is the ambiance: I enjoyed the music station that played; the people were friendly and seemed genuine; and the place had a very cool, casual, vintage style. I will definitely go back.
