I have purchased Latisse from Heaven and Earth once before. I ran out recently and checked their website for their phone number and saw that they were currently running a special for buy one, get one free and I thought what a great deal. Of course when I saw this, it was on a Saturday and since they are hardly ever open I could not contact them. I live and work far away from them so I sent them a email asking if I could give them my credit card over the phone to purchase and have them ship it to me. By late afternoon on Tuesday, no-one had responded to my email so I had decided to call. I called, gave them all of my info and told them that I may be by to pick it up within the next day or so but if I could not I would call back and have them ship it to me. I called two days later and asked them to ship it and I gave them the shipping address, I re-confirmed the shipping amount and that was it. I am thinking to myself that since I confirmed the shipping amount with the receptionist and the fact that I just purchased this product with ALL of my information over the phone two days prior that there should be no problem! WRONG! About a week goes by and I call back to ask “where is my package?” and the girl tells me that they had NONE of my information to contact me with and could not ship my package because they did not receive “payment” for shipping. And they were just waiting for me to call them! How in the world do you charge someone for a expensive product like Latisse and not have that persons information in the system? Not too mention, I paid by Credit Card OVER THE PHONE!?! So again, how do you not have my information? Not even a phone number to call me back on? And if that was the case, why did the girl not ask me for that information over the phone when I asked for it to be shipped and gave her the shipping address? She could have at least checked the caller ID for my phone number? If it was not for the buy one get one free deal, I would have just got my money back. I had to go all the way down there to retrieve my package. If the front desk is seriously that Incompetent, I would not trust them with any medi-spa services! I will never purchase anything here again!
