I had never done Cranio-Sacral work before meeting Elizabeth, and was skeptical but open to a new experience. I was amazed at how the work affected my body. I could feel my back muscles untangling and that continued for several hours after the session. I also experienced a shift in energy, what felt like a shift in my center of gravity, from the upper part of my body to the lower half of my body. It left me feeling stronger, grounded, and more balanced.
