Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityHad a spray tan done a few hours ago for the first time. They were polite, clean, and very knowledgeable. I definitely feel comfortable with the staff there, and definitely will be going back in the future. For someone that’s self conscious and doesn’t do these kind of things on a regular bases I was pleased. Thank you!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called for a spray tan on Tuesday for a Saturday wedding. Robert answered the phone (the owner) I asked for pricing and when I could have the spray done. Robert said the “package is $80, I said what does the package include? He said oh she exfoliates you and also makes sure you are dry when you leave. I said okay, I never exfoliated at home because I was told I didn’t need to. I arrived at 5:20 as scheduled. I signed one paper with details. Also had a directional paper given to me. Look story short it was awful, very blotchy, not enough barrier cream was provided. My ankles were one shade and my feet were another shade! The owners wife did redo the spray tan on Thursday. I was still three different shades on Friday. I called and Robert answered again, explained my situation. Then I was rudely yelled at by him- stating did I ever think it was me and not him!
