Heather is an excellent massage therapist. I’m thankful that we chose her! She is very easy going and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She explains everything thoroughly beforehand and delivers. She will take her time and spend more time on the area’s that need the most work instead of rushing over the whole body. She did a deep tissue massage and explained the process and the need to breath through the pain (since anyone who’s ever had a deep tissue massage knows…they are painful!). We had some great discussions while she worked on me and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience (except the pain) and felt all melty when she was done. She did a deep tissue massage and explained the process and the need to breath through the pain (since anyone who’s ever had a deep tissue massage knows…they are painful!).
