Heather is amazing. I had lost my regular massage therapist due to a relocation and came upon Heather by chance. One of the best things to happen over the last year. She is responsive to messages, the therapy room is clean and relaxing, and Heather really knows her stuff. I’ve worked with her for months now and have marked improvement of the multiple trouble areas I had. She is engaging and responsive to feedback during the massage and I always leave better. Her knowledge as a yoga instructor has also helped as we have discussed poses that could benefit our massage work in between sessions.
