Heartland Hair Salon - Mustang, OK 73064

I’ve gone to Brisa a couple times for cut & color never had a complaint till now. This last time I went to her in August for a different color on bottom part of head & trim. I showed her the pic of the color prior to the appt via text. It was a different shade of green I wanted (with what I thought had a different color mixed in with it since it wasn’t a normal green I was wanting). She ended up getting the darkest green color she said on the color chart (had some worry but didnt question the stylist) After coloring it I immediately hated the green color – nothing like the picture. (She even said she had a girl coming up going from black to green that she is not going to do now due to me) she then offered a green shampoo she could get from state I could pick up the next day. She did one wash & I did one wash – little did I know that shampoo would turn my hair more of that color green I did not want. I then was at Sally’s that Saturday getting stuff & noticed a color that was more like the picture I wanted. I texted her the the color & told her this looks more like the picture, I think i got the wrong color put on my head – how fixable is this. She then told me if I am asking her to add that color on top of my color I already had, I can just leave it for 30/40 mins and rinse. I got the color & someone else put it on my hair – was very much closer to my color I wanted. She never reached out to fix it or offer a partial refund on a service she did not properly do. A waste of $85 & I do not recommend Brisa Welk.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI called on a Monday to schedule a haircut and they were able to get me in right away! Bri, she did my haircut she was so nice and polite. She did an awesome job on my hair. I had longer hair but the ends were very damaged she carefully cut all my dead ends off and took her time to make my layers look nice and my hair looked amazing after. Looked so healthy! I called on a Monday to schedule a haircut and they were able to get me in right away! Bri, she did my haircut she was so nice and polite. She did an awesome job on my hair. I had longer hair but the ends were very damaged she carefully cut all my dead ends off and took her time to make my layers look nice and my hair looked amazing after. Looked so healthy! I definitely recommend this salon!

Took my son here yesterday after leaving Supercuts! His haircut looked awful and he was in tears! They were already closed for the day but Karie was there still working. It didn’t take her long to squeeze us in right away and took even less time for her to fix the mess made by the previous stylist! I cant thank her enough! Asked Heather not take off any of the overall length because I didn’t need a trim and I only wanted layers added for some volume. She cut 3 inches off my hair and gave me no layers with zero communication. I was then asked to go to a gas station for cash which I was not requested to do prior to the appointment. So incredibly disappointed.
