If I could give 100 stars, I would! Melinda is absolutely amazing for deep tissue massage. I work in a labor-intensive environment and have my entire life. I walked in like a certified train wreck of trigger points, knots, and inflammation. After a 2 hour massage, I left feeling like I was floating and had relief for the the first time in decades. Quick to respond, kind, personable, caring, informative but most of all healing. I could feel a migraine coming on so I hoped online and booked through the website, super easy and user friendly by the way, and was seen the very next day. I booked for a head and shoulder massage and I was soooo pleased. The focus and attention on the area of concern was just what I needed. On top of teaching me techniques to stretch and work the muscle myself to prevent future pain. As the therapist was working my muscles she used multiple utensils to aide in my relief, a massage “gun,” suction cups to draw blood and circulation to the muscle to side in healing as well as “scrapers” to work the fascia and soften muscle tissue. I was sooooo pleased with the effectiveness of the massage to the relieve the tension and pain in my muscles. I will always use hearthstone and any one of the therapist who work there. Needless to say, my migraine and stress melted away and I felt like I could finally relax my shoulders after months of carrying the weight of the world on them.
