Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been Annie’s customer since a couple of years. She recently opened her own salon, Heart Studios, in Miller beach. The salon is warm, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Annie is without doubt the best hairstylist I found in Chicago (I tried several places). She is excellent with both haircuts and color. I even take my daughter to Annie for her for haircut (Annie did an amazing pixie cut on her 2 years ago that grew into a perfect bob and then in a lovely layered cut). What I love about Annie is that she listens to you and helps you figure out what works for you even though your choice may result in less frequent visits to the salon (opposite to what happened in most of the salons I visited). Annie’s customer service is absolutely superb. You can tell she loves what she does and she wants to consistently make sure that you are happy with the results. I have been Annie’s customer since a couple of years. She recently opened her own salon, Heart Studios, in Miller beach. The salon is warm, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Annie is without doubt the best hairstylist I found in Chicago (I tried several places). She is excellent with both haircuts and color. I also got a hair cut which I desperately needed. Annie was able to thin out my super thick naturally curly hair so that it looks nice both curly and straight.
