Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled an appointment with Shane, for my daughters hair to be highlighted for her pictures she is taking this weekend. Shane scheduled us for 3pm and we arrived 10 mins early. When we got in, the ladies up front said that he had 3 people ahead of us. Then I told them I had an appointment for 3 so they asked him what he wanted to do. Very rudely he says “they are just going to have to wait because I have another appointment ahead of them. So knowing that we would not be able to get in anywhere else on short notice we waited. Now 4pm comes and we are next, shane gets my daughter in the chair and asks what we wanted done. I told him the highlights that I scheduled for her. He says ” oh, no I dont have time to do highlights!” I then told him that I scheduled for highlights and that’s why we waited because we knew she wanted them for her photoshoot. He says ” I dont know why I would schedule highlights so late”. Well you did! Now we are having to go without highlights and not enough time left in the day to find someone else to do it. Had I known it would be like this I would not have scheduled at this salon. Very unprofessional and rude. I scheduled an appointment with Shane, for my daughters hair to be highlighted for her pictures she is taking this weekend. Shane scheduled us for 3pm and we arrived 10 mins early.
