I believe in a holistic approach to healing the body. Our minds and body are part of one organism and so need to be treated together. I combine my expertise in relaxing, myofascia release, deep tissue and trigger point massage techniques with my 500+ hrs of yoga therapy training to create a mind body healing experience. I use mindfulness and guided breath to ensure my clients stay connected throughout the entire massage. This extra awareness creates a space for clients to be a part of their own healing process which creates more effective and longer lasting results. My unique style is slow, nurturing and detail oriented, creating a soothing and penetrative effect that leaves clients feeling relaxed and their muscles soothed.

Today I had my first massage ever. Olivia made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She guided me through everything she was doing and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort. She worked on my whole entire body, but also focused on my most problematic areas. She did absolute wonders and I feel like a million bucks. I will absolutely be going to Olivia for all of my massages in the future. Olivia is amazing! By far best massage I’ve ever had. For anyone feeling tightness, soreness, or in need of a spiritual experience, I’d highly suggest going to Olivia. AMAZING!!! My first deep massage with Olivia and instantly felt comfortable with her. She was able to pinpoint and work the spots that needed it most with the perfect amount of pressure. I recently went to the White Mountains for a few days of relaxation. I thought adding a massage to the itinerary would be the perfect addition. I researched nearby massage therapists and businesses trying to find one that resonated with me. And I stumbled upon Olivia’s name. The massages she had listed all sounded great but the manifestation massage sounded exactly what my relaxation vacation needed. She explained the type of treatment it would be in amazing detail and and answered any other questions I had with such gentleness. Upon meeting her, I felt that gentleness as soon as she called my name. Such an beautiful, calm soul and eased my stress right away. I should mention, I have had massages before; many actually. Olivia’s style and practice has by far exceeded every other massage therapist I have encountered. I told her in the very beginning I wasn’t a huge fan of deep tissue and she assured me that the style she practices makes it a more gentle flow. She was 100% right-I hardly knew she was using deep tissue techniques because I was so unbelievably relaxed. And her repetitive, calming reminder of “breathe in, breathe out” added more to the relaxation process than I could have imagined. Overall, probably the best massage I have ever had and I cannot wait to book another one very, very soon. Thank you so much Olivia!

Olivia gave me an amazing 90 minute massage. She did energy work in addition to the massage, and I left feeling nourished, rested, and refreshed. She was able to integrate many styles of massage and energywork into her practice, making it a truly special experience. And she didn’t talk during the massage, which I appreciated.
