The entire staff are the most sweetest group of individuals you will ever meet! The owner, Alicia, has created such a relaxing and safe environment for her clients. I started going to Heart and Soul when my 5 year long eyebrow waxer, Brianna, informed me she was going to be switching salons. Might I add this being the best decision ever! I was only going for eyebrow waxing but I recently decided to switch over full time to Heart and Soul from another establishment for other waxing needs. Everytime you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and calming… always offered some sort of beverage. I have never been so informed about the importance of skin care and exfoliating your body. Alicia makes homemade exfoliator that is so beneficial for your skin. Every staff member always checks in on you at the beginning of your appointment to see how everything is going, if you have any questions, and if we need anything at all! I will always stand behind such a beautiful and successful small business who caters to the clients! Right now is January customer appreciation month giving you 10% any service.
