I don’t usually write reviews unless Ive had an extraordinary experience, whether that is extraordinarily good or extraordinarily bad. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I received a gift certificate for a one hour massage from a friend. I decided to call a week in advance to make an appointment for myself and my husband and when I requested if they had a shared room, the lady said they did and confirmed my appointment. When we get there, they proceed to call my husband in first. When I asked about the shared room, I received an attitude as she told me it didn’t matter because our faces would be down anyway. That’s not really the response you should get as a customer, especially when that is what you had made the appointment for. We end up getting in a shared room but then the same lady starts yelling at me about cancelling an appointment on her and telling me I should have called if I wasn’t going to make it. I was taken off guard being that this is the first time I had ever been there and I told her she must be confusing me with someone else. She did not apologize and proceeded to give me the massage. It was rough to say the least. She didn’t adjust the pressure even after I expressed that it was hurting me. My husband said his massage was rough as well. Then when I thought the nightmare was over and we were paying for my husband’s massage, she demands a 20% tip. Unbelievable. Instead of leaving relaxed, we left angry. Not what you want from a “spa”. Don’t waste your time or your money.

This is not Spa; there is nothing inside. U will not get pleasure for what u paid. I paid 50 dollars for one hour its waste and she took 10 dollars tip by herself and even that lady dont know english so its very difficult to explain her
