My sister and I decided to try Healthy Nails because we saw their 10% off sign on Hull St. The nails themselves came out just fine, but neither of us feel like we got what we asked for. But the nail techs seemed to be upset and rushing us. Also, the female nail tech kept hurting me with the electric file. So overall, good deal money wise but not great customer service.

Terrible experience … started coming here about 3 yrs ago and I felt to had good service and quality work. Since then, the quality and atmosphere has gone down hill! My last experience about 1 month ago was terrible. First off, there was a loud mouth customer who was yapping and to me, making an unpleasant atmosphere. Secondly, they had children “working ” there… .that made my very uncomfortable and I felt very unprofessional! Don’t know what happened but, I will definitely not go back or their sister salon in Hancock village.

I didn’t realize they closed at 8 and i offered to cut my appointment short to come back another day so i wouldn’t hold them. They told me it wasn’t a problem and they stayed until 9:45 to accommodate me. I felt so bad but they were so professional and they did a fantastic job! (A previous time they even came in early before they opened to assist me so i wouldn’t be late for work.) I didn’t feel rushed even though i kept them after hours and their shaping and attention to detail is so impressive! I love this salon, and i highly recommend it! I didn’t realize they closed at 8 and i offered to cut my appointment short to come back another day so i wouldn’t hold them. This establishment is “horrible” DO NOT GO HERE! they have no customer service skills and apparently could care less about their clients or their reputation! I made appointment on line with Lan a few months ago and when I arrived she stared at me like I had 2 heads. When I pulled up info showing I had an appt. She said OH I don’t look at those online schedules and told me I would have to wait and or return the next day. I left and said I would never return but I decided to give another tech there named Sara a try and she did an okay job so I decided to go back for a fill in last Thurs evening I texted her scheduled appt for 5:30 and she had the nerve to text me at 4:30 that she had another appointment she forgot about but I could still come and go to the infamous Lan! So I get there and Lan is sitting in the window looking clueless and said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and she has a client at 6! Apparently Sarah never told her anything they have no respect for peoples time or money.And they are extremely slow BEWARE now I know why there’s hardly anyone there and their prices are lower than most salons

I was sitting waiting for him to start on my pedicure while he wondered around for 10 mins looking confused gathering tools. While taking off my dip manicure he hit the skin around my nails about 5 times with the drill person until I had enough. I made it clear it was painful every time and it continued to happen. I normally go to welcome nails and spa down the road and always have a very pleasant experience. They were so busy and had my Normal technician on vacation so they recommend healthy nails and spa.
