Their massages have been good historically as long as you understand there are no frills. However I was YELLED at by the lady yesterday for walking in 7 mins late. We had challenges in the past with scheduling appointments as we felt we were yelled at on the phone but we continued to go. What happened yesterday was unacceptable! You don’t yell at a customer the way she did. Instead tell me I can only get 50 mins because I was late and a client was after me. The rude treatment of customers needs to change, we will never go back.

The service was good. She fixed the problem with my arm/shoulder joints. She used hot stone and rub my upper body. It was painful and last for 2 days to go away. I spent for an hour from $200 package (5 hrs) package for 3 months. It was a good deal. But she asked 50% tip ($20) and made a big deal. I think the tip was too much. I was hoping to give 20% tip. I need to go back since I have a package. I hope she won’t ask 50% tip next time. Although the service was good, asking tip too much will kill the relationship and loose the customers.

Very good massage at a good price. However, they need to take a class in counting to ten. Keep your own count on the frequency card for the “eleventh one free” promotion if you intend to redeem it. Over all, I do enjoy this place.

I was in the shopping complex same as KK, hopped into KK, prices were reasonable,so thought of getting a massage. The massage was ok, not great. It was mostly repetitive. It was difficult to communicate with the massage therapist as she didn’t understand English that much. They also run a promotion – after 10 massage the 11th one is free.

I went to KK the other night for a massage because I wanted to try staying local. It was good but not great. I went for the 90 minute massage but the last 30 minutes was somewhat repetitive and lacked effort. Based on the other reviews, maybe I just caught them at the wrong time. I’m on the fence about trying them again though since there are other options in town.
