I have come here many times and enjoyed it thoroughly but last night was my last time. I love massages and get them as often as I can. Last night I stopped in for a quick 30 min foot reflexology massage for my birthday. The worst one I have ever had, like she did not even try. Uncomfortable, weird light touches in random spots. I was miserable for 30 minutes and for the first time in my life I could not wait for a massage to be over. The four stars is for all my previous positive experiences. The one star removed is for someone to please teach that woman to do her job even a little bit correctly. Will be frequenting my other two spots more. It’s a shame because this was close to home but it was SO bad that I have no interest in trying it again.

This place is great. While the massages may vary slightly by who you get, it is never a sub par massage. The great prices allow me to get massages much more often than I normally would be able to afford. You are separated by curtains so you can also do couples massage. I’ve gone with family and friends.

The massage therapists have all been great and really know how to do deep tissue well and the reflexology has helped me a lot too. I give it four stars for the ambiance— it’s simple and bare bones but I like that since it keeps costs down. I go here when I need deep tissue for my fibromyalgia pain issues. I also love that it’s a walk in place and their rates are very affordable for the quality of the massage. I try to go here every 4-6 weeks.

I called first to confirm their hours, and I was told come in they aren’t busy and I don’t need an appointment. When I got there I was told no openings were available and to come back in an hour. That’s quite frustrating when I was just told on the phone to come in. I’m not sure any of the women that actually do the massage even speak English. I had a major muscle spasm along the left side of my back and only wanted her to work on that. She said ok, but proceeded to work on all other areas, ignoring my instructions. Maybe this is considered Thai style massage, because I’ve never been so beat up and twisted in weird positions before. Only a sheer curtain separates you from other clients on either side of you, so beware. Afterwards, when I was paying, the woman who massaged me just stood there very awkwardly in the lobby behind me, I guess waiting for a tip. When I asked for change of a 20, all I was given was two $10 bills. I didn’t feel she deserved $10, which is more than 20% for a one hour massage, due to the fact that she didn’t adhere to my request to only work on my left side, and I was still aching when I walked out! But I gave it to her anyway. If you want a no thrills massage where you get beaten, this is your place. I guess you live and learn, never again for me!
