I have been a massage therapist since 2003 and I enjoy it! The thing I love the most is meeting each individual massage client. I specialize in integrative therapeutic massage. This includes focusing in on a problem area such as back, neck, and shoulders while also addressing the whole body. My main interest is the well being of my clients. I also recommend and give self care suggestions related to my diverse background in healthcare. I earned my certification at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage & Wellness. I am educated in many aspects of therapeutic massage such as trigger pointing, deep connective tissue, lymphatic drainage, etc. I have had many continuing education in various types of bodywork.

BEST MASSAGE EVER! I’ve gone to Maria for years but she really outdid herself tonight. Seriously, book “The Spell” massage. Completely amazing. Maria really is the best – if something is not right with your massage she will fix it, from changing the pressure of the massage to changing the temperature of the room. And she slways does her best to accommodate my schedule when booking. I have been going to her St. Anthony location recently. It’s the cutest office and they have a seriously cool rock shop attached. You will want to shop after your massage!

Maria has the hands of an angel. Every massage that I have received from her has been relaxing and has released the knots and stress and left me relaxed and feeling rejuvenated but warning you might find yourself falling asleep during it due to the atmosphere of the room, perfect room temperature and the soothing massage. I have been other places for massages but they do not shine a light on the quality of massage you receive from Maria and if your not sure what type of massage would address your needs the best, Maria is happy to explain them and give recommendations for you to pick from.
