This place is AMAZING, I went in for a hair treatment, blowdry, cut, styling, and wax. (After having a bad experience elsewhere) Each one of the girls were amazing; friendly, caring, very professional etc. I personally went with Yohanna and let’s just say that she took care of my hair very well and completely fixed the mess I had which I’m very thankful for. The amount of patience she had while fixing my cut was incredible. I recommend them 10/10 and will definitely come back.

I happened to be in town and had time to spare. So, I decided to check this place out hoping they do walk ins. Luckily, someone never showed up to their appointment and they squeezed me in. Johanna was so friendly and attentive. I had my hair dyed, washed, cut and blown dry. She knew exactly what I wanted and did such a wonderful job with my hair.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe stylists use relaxer in their conditioner for coarse texture hair without permission !! They deep condition you with relaxer already mixed in and they don’t tell you ! They do not put any moisturizer in the hair l. They complain if you have curly 4b or 4c texture. They charge the same price for a full wash and set AND if you already come washed for just a blow out. My hair has fallen out so much after going to them for 3 months. I know they’ve relaxed my hair without my knowledge, I can tell by my breakage and curl pattern. I went to a professional and they told me that my hair DEFINITELY has relaxer in it.
