Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTerrible experience. Booked my boyfriend a reflexology appointment as a gift. They did not bother to tell me over the phone that they only accept cash. My boyfriend showed up, had to run to the ATM, then went into a room where he was told to take off as much as he’d like. He decided to leave his underwear on to then be told by the masseuse that he had to take it off too (disregarding him choosing to leave it on). She did not exit the room and repeated to just take it off as she watched. She proceeded to give him a regular poor quality massage (or a rub really) not reflexology. He got nothing out of it. At one point she sat on top of him. & at the end he was kind enough to still tip her $5 after all that and she did not take it, said it was not enough and to give her $20.Beyond unprofessional.
